Dr. Kevin Lam Offers Regenerative Treatments in Naples

PRP is plasma enriched with platelets. Platelets are special blood cells that are first to respond to any injury, releasing growth factors to heal the injured site. PRP is collected from the patient’s own blood, after extraction, the blood is placed into a centrifuge to separate the platelets from other blood cells, this platelet-rich plasma is then injected to the affected site.
Amniotic stem cell injection is another cutting edge treatment. Stem cells are unique cells since they have the potential to transform to any type of cell.
